About Me

kee: My work is influenced by artists such as Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Corrot and Inness. My work reflects love of the human form and the world around us. I strives to capture the beauty and thought of each person portrayed in my figure paintings and quiet, intimate, and sublime stillness of nature in my landscape work. My goal is to provide an emotional experience to the viewer who might, in return, have insightful reflections and beautiful thoughts. As I continues to grow as an artist, it is my hope to celebrate both nature and humanity by exploring their evermore intrinsic and complex relationship as we take a journey together into the twenty-first century.
